Iris wine is produced from the traditional Cypriot grape variety “Spourtiko”. It is a white variety that almost disappeared in thousands of years of Cypriot viniculture. At the Kolios Winery, this variety was revived with outstanding results. Characterized by subtle aromas of flowers and citrus, it has a smooth taste and is light on the palate. It is an excellent companion with fish, vegetables, and salad. Best served chilled.
